Is the biz plat rebate not 35%?
Insider Fares are 10% off regular prices, so if a normal flight is $111, you would be able to purchase the ticket for $100. Then you can pay with AMEX MRs and get a 35% rebate. Your total cost of the flight would be $65 (6500 MR points) for the $111 ticket.
