This site appears to have very limited stock. They are cleaned out of just about all normal sizes. Not really worth jumping on unless you have an irregular shoe size.

Worked on some $19.97 shoes for me! Could only apply $15 of rewards for that subtotal but $5 for my strange shoe size is a deal.

I got free shipping when spending less than $30. Not sure how, I didn’t use a code or anything. A shipping discount of $9.99 just appeared when selecting Standard Shipping.
