Frequent Miler’s Reasonable Redemption Values method might be helpful here. https://frequentmiler.com/reasonable-redemption-values-rrvs/

The Points Guy also maintains a similar list, but many (myself included) find those values to be a little more inflated/aspirational.

In my opinion, when deciding which to go with between two programs, these smaller portal bonuses are best for keeping miles from expiring or for topping up once you’re getting close to an award threshold.

DoC, can we get the launch dates in advance for shopping bonus deals, I shopped this weekend already. I could have got bonus airline miles if I knew about this.
