Our Verdict

This is a sweepstakes so not first in, chances of winning are extremely low unfortunately (usually less than 100 prizes).

I got 100% back up to $75 on eBay, not sure if I want to use it since the reviews I found online are horrible.

What if I close the browser? It shows I have until end of Nov 5th. Is there a way to get the offer back if I end up closing the browser?

Yes, just activate cashback using your extension as normal. The first transaction that you complete after doing so (but before the deadline) will receive the special drop cashback instead of the regular cashback.

On top of being a sweepstakes with low odds, slickdeals is notorious for NOT paying cashback on their rebates/cashback. I have a feeling this will be the same way. They have really gone downhill in the last few years.

I did their SoFi offer for $75, took a VIDEO of me clicking their link and opening an account, and then they rejected my claim because I didn’t click on their Chrome Extension (I had it installed) in the video to show that the offer was activated… absolutely terrible.

I got both the 40% cashback on Macy’s and the $25 back on $25 eBay offers by clicking within a second of top of the hour. I missed top of the hour by a minute on the Lenovo offer and didn’t win.

Worth it for SD since with all those new browser plugin installs they’ll inject their affiliate links nearly every time you shop online. They’ll recoup that $ in no time, especially this time of year.

That’s why you use a backup browser for stuff like this.

Typical SD these days, its not as useful due to lack of deals and quality of their own postings which are mostly ads.

I agree with this. SD used to be great about 6-8 years ago… now it’s all bought advertisements. Most “deals” are not deals at all.

The offer terms at https://slickdeals.net/content/list/offer-drops-terms/ spell out how many of each prize there are. They don’t specify the merchant, but it’s easy to tell by matching the offer values. Unsurprisingly, the odds aren’t very good.

These aren’t first come deals. It’s a sweepstake. Odds of winning anything are slim. Not worth the time.
