Currently it’s not possible to access online banking for any of the Synchrony financial credit cards. As a result of this the wait times for the call center are extremely long. It seems that actually using your card is still fine. We will update when normal service has resumed.
I have 3 separate accounts with Synchrony store branded credit cards. 1Password fills the correct username and password, however I need to type one letter of either the username or password for the 1Password username/password to be accepted.
Example: I have 1Password fill the username and password for a Synchrony site and I get the following error: ” Our system is experiencing technical difficulties at the moment. Please try again later. ”
If I type 1 character of the 1Password filled username or password it will be accepted. So, if my username is “ABC123” 1Password will fill “ABC123” but I have to select the username field and backspace over the “3” and retype it with my keyboard for the website to accept it and let me log in.
Down again, cannot login Sam’s or Amazon.
2 days & can’t log in.
I guess i will regretfully cancel both my synchrony cards, i cant access my accts on-line and it is not worth having if you cant confidently use them.
Been trying to login to my Amazon Prime store card account a few times today get this error: Our system is experiencing technical difficulties at the moment. Please try again later. Code: 500
