I read that Taco Bell sent an email to “affected registered users,” so I’m thinking this only shows up in the app/login for people who didn’t redeem the offer…but of course that excludes people who applied the offer and then weren’t able to redeem it.

Whole thing is frozen up: good luck trying to get this. Feel free to spend hours and hours on wonky app and overloaded servers for your free $1.89.
I noticed the app was down, but its easy enough to just walk in between the slated hours and get your free item.
FYI, does not stack with the tmobile taco. Good luck with the app, it was down when I went to use it and had to fight with the manager to get them to give the taco to me.
