Are all airlines qualifying for this promotion, or there is list?

Tonight I was able to generate the 250k offer after 20k spend in 3 months + 500$ statement credit after spending 2500$ on eligible flights booked directly with airlines or on Amex travel. Really an amazing deal. Maybe biggest ever signup bonus for this?

Will booking a cash flight on Amex travel to trigger offer and then applying points for 35% back once the credit posts work?

Reads to me like not “Any portion of Membership Rewards® points, credits or Miles used to partially pay the airfare will not count towards the minimum spend requirement for the purchase”

I happened to do a points redemption through the portal yesterday and the offer was triggered immediately, Probably because it initially charges the credit card, then deducts the points and refund. Very likely will get reversed soon.

Looks like one might be able to stack this with the $100 statement credit with $500 spend on Delta through amex travel.

it’s public. I pulled the same offer in Chrome incognito, no problem

that’s a lot to spend on a cash ticket for those of us in the miles game.

That was my first impression when seeing this offer on my Amex account. I can’t remember the last time I spent that much cash on a single or even multiple flights in a short time frame. Might sometimes see $400ish in fees on a european award flight.

I mean for international economy trips to middle east/asia for a family of 4 have good cash options. 200 from 2.5k is really good for cash fares
