Our Verdict
I can’t find this one on any of my cards, it might be highly targeted. This a watered down version of the old Small Business Saturday offers which allowed $10 at any small business merchant.

On my amex gold
I don’t see anything limiting this to just the states and the map shows a lot of restaurants in the city of Mexico where I currently am. $10 goes quite far on food here!
