Our Verdict
This is basically a sign up bonus of 60,000 points after $6,000 in spend. Current public bonus is 40,000 points and there are in flight links for 50,000 points. We’ve also seen sign up bonuses for 60,000 points with a lower spend requirement. A sign up bonus of 60,000 points might be useful for getting the Southwest companion pass, especially when you consider there is an 80,000 point bonus on the business performance card and 60,000 on the business premier card.
