Didn’t get this on any of my three accounts, but glad I looked because on one account I got this:

How it Works: Eligible Participant must log in to your Valid Account and complete a send money transaction for $5.00 USD or more, to friends and family (“Eligible Transaction”) using your Valid Account during the Offer Period. Upon successfully completing an Eligible Transaction, each Eligible Participant can receive 700 PayPal Rewards Points (“Points”), which can be redeemed for $7 USD cash (the “Reward”) or other options. There is a redemption limit of one (1) Reward (or a max of 700 Points) per Valid Account that can be earned over the course of the Offer Period and will be no longer paid once the Offer Period has ended. There is a max of 21,000 Rewards (each worth $7 cash equivalent once redeemed) available under this offer. The receipt and redemption of Points is further subject to the PayPal Rewards Program Agreement.
Reward: Reward should be available in Eligible Participant’s Account Overview within fourteen (14) days after qualifying to receive them but may be available sooner. If Points are redeemed for a Reward option and used towards an eligible purchase on PayPal, the following are excluded : (1) send/receive money transactions (including those marked as a “Goods and Services” payments), (2) charitable donations, (3) purchases made using PayPal.me; (4) PayPal Debit Mastercard®, PayPal Cashback Mastercard®, PayPal Prepaid Mastercard®, PayPal Extras Mastercard®, and PayPal Business Debit Mastercard® purchases made using the card directly and not through your Valid Account, (5) PayPal transaction fees, or (6) transactions made in any other currency beyond USD. Use of the Reward will be reflected on the Eligible Participant’s PayPal receipt and/or in the transaction details of his/her Valid Account.

None for P1 and P2. I use paypal regularly. P2 used like 6 months back.
Email states “Start saving now with $5 cash back.
It takes money to save money. Spend $10 or more on your next purchase and receive $5 cash back. When you choose PayPal at checkout, you will get 500 PayPal Rewards points redeemable for cash back or other options.*”
That seems to be saying to check out and pay using PayPal but we don’t have to click through PayPal link to the store, correct?
If that’s the case, would it work to double dip with Microsoft Cash Back rewards that states “Limited time $10 bonus offer available only to US customers in the 50 United States & D.C. Spend $25+ on a qualifying cash back purchase and get a bonus $10 cash back from Microsoft. Purchase must be made on Microsoft Edge browser on desktop after activating cash back.”
So, if I click through Microsoft Cash Back site using Edge and then pay using PayPal, would I get both $10 + $5? Or would the Microsoft Cash Back be invalidated because PayPal’s offer will be what’s tracked?
