- Visa Fidelity has sent out a targeted promotion to their cardholders. Use your card for purchases this holiday period (November 1st until December 31st) and spend a minimum of $X (I think this varies by cardholder) and receive an additional 1x point per $1 spent over that up to a maximum of 2,000 points.
The Fine Print
- Enroll by November 30th
- For spend between November 1st and December 31st
Our Verdict
In the letter I saw (thanks to thedandeliongirl on /r/churning) it required $1,300 in spend to get the extra point. So if you spent a total of $3,300 (required to max out this promotion) you’d earn a total of 8,600 points (6,600 base points and 2,000 bonus points) worth $86. Basically works out to be 2.6% cash back, better than almost all other credit cards apart from things like the Discover it Miles card in the first year.
Promotion came via post, I suspect more people will be targeted for this over the coming days. There is also a sign up bonus of $100 if you don’t already have this card.
