The tricks people used to save AmEx Offer deals on multiple cards no longer work.
Back in 2018, American Express changed that when you save an AmEx Offer deal on one card it now disappears from the other cards in the same login/SSN.
Sometimes there were ways around it by opening multiple tabs with the offer and saving it quickly on both, or having one open on a computer and one on a phone.
Likewise, there’s a cottage industry of apps which help with saving AmEx Offers, Chase Offers, and the like to your cards. And some of them offer (often with a paid subscription) to save your offers on multiple cards. Apparently, they save the offers quickly enough that it gets saved on all cards.
Reports are that this is mostly dead since yesterday. AmEx must have updated something on their end to make it impossible to have the offer saved on more than one card in the same login or SSN.
I don’t think multi-save is relevant on Chase/BofA Offers and the like since you just save it once to your login and then you use it once on any card in the login. Correct me if I’m wrong.

Poke around and see if you can find one that works for you.)
