Chase sent out a memo to their bankers with a couple of small updates:
- The United MileagePlus Explorer card is being renamed United Explorer. We’ve covered this here, here, and here. I think the name change already went into effect back on June 1st.
- The Chase INK Business Preferred 100,000 points signup bonus for managed clients or BRM prospects will be lowered to align with the standard 80,000 points bonus. No exact date is given in the memo, but we’ve previously reported on a date of August 25th so that should be it. Memo is also a nice confirmation that the 80k bonus is sticking around for the foreseeable future.
