The value of each stock will be $3 – $3000. It has been like this for a long time. You are right that you will get a $3 fractional stock for most of the draws. They have extended the promotion to 11/15, and I have a feeling they are going to keep extending it. But it is annoying that unlike before your old referral link would remain valid with updated promotion dates in the terms, now only the newest link shows the correct promotion dates in the terms.
As shared elsewhere on DoC, Webull is running a promotion of $100 for asset transfer of $2K+, valid till 12/31/23:

Despite the ambiguous terms which seem to suggest that the $100 bonus is only for ACAT fee reimbursement, they actually just issue $100 cash to your account even if there is no ACAT fee charged. I was able to claim the $100 reward in my account once the transfer was settled, and the bonus was delivered to my account within 3 days.
Note: this promotion is valid for your first brokerage account transfer only.

I did a pull from WeBull of my Fidelity individual cash management account. Was not an account with actual stocks, just an account that has cash to buy stocks.

It is a good deal IMO (https://www.doctorofcredit.com/contact-us/#comment-1702847), if you can afford to have $100K tied with Webull for that long without affecting your opportunities for other good offers down the road. Not sure if Webull will drop the rate significantly later or make it difficult to withdraw big amounts, but overall the deal is enticing.

Also, the odds of receiving fractional shares in 12, 20, or 24 stocks are as follows: 1:1.008, 1:126.58, 1:10000. Basically, it will be 12 fractional shares for most people.
My link says 5/10/2023-5/31/2023 if you click on the rules. And tricky marketing! I guess it is still doubled from 6 to 12 shares at bare minimum. 🤷🏻♀️

Churning DP: Did a referral bonus for my first account. About a week after I closed that one, they let me sign up again with a new email and the same phone number (they did not take my Google Voice number), but didn’t give me the generic sign-up stock offer, or the same ACATS transfer promo I did before at a lower amount. However, I went through Swagbucks on a new device during signup and while that didn’t track automatically, they did credit the 20 bucks when I submitted a ticket.
