Signed up online. After signup, I was shown an account number (which, I assume, as with other CUs, is really my member number). I was able to use it to register for online banking. Once I log into online banking, I see two accounts, my savings, and my checking. For each account, only the last 2 digits of the account number is visible, and neither matches the number that was displayed after signup.

Does anyone know how I actually get my full checking account number to arrange for direct deposit? They conveniently have their routing number right on the front page of their site — which is great. It’s usually not the account number I have trouble finding.

I had to call them to figure this out, the account number for direct deposit is 0000XXXXXX, four 0’s and your six digit member number. I believe it’s the same for the savings, it just depends on how you mark the account when setting up direct deposit or transfers (checking or savings account).

This CU charges a $6 withdrawal fee every-time you transfer your money out. Even for the withdrawal of micro-deposits from an external account verification.

It looks like it’s charged for “Over Three Withdrawals per Month” from the share savings account.

Except I made nowhere near that many withdrawals. This bank is utterly awful – Wells Fargo has better ethics
