Our Verdict
I don’t know anything about the Bitmo app and I’m not yet ready to trust them with my bank credentials. Just putting this deal out there for people who are more trusting or who have a spare bank login they don’t care about.
Wow, wasted my time signing up for this and the coupon code didn’t even work. Disappointing…
Possible concern!
Used different coupon code 3 times no issues. 4th time they made 2 $90 withdraws not one.

Not quite as good as 20% but still good-ish.
I am passing on it because i already did the other this moning, If it was fundable via credit card i would probably pull the trigger, They really shoot themselves in the foot with that business model (no credit card)
So they limited it to a $5 deal now, bummer.
I just purchased $100 for $ 80. Added my Huntington account. They emailed me it might take 1-2 business day to send the card.
USAA and Capital One both blocked payment, even if the bank details are unimportant they get too much personal info to walk away with nothing, don’t think this should have been posted here

Wasted a fair bit of time figuring this out, so just wanted to add here for anyone else: You will need $200+ in your bank account in order to make this purchase. It’s only $80, but BitMo requires 2x the gift value in your account (for GCs over $75) to authorize the transaction. I had slightly under $200 in my beermoney checking acct and spent awhile with their support trying to figure out why it wouldn’t go through.
Bought at 11:30pm PST last night 4/26, i got it today after noon 4/27.
Just want to let people know to expect a delay – not sure if its cuz i hooked up the bank and purchased all on the same night or maybe they only process during business hours?
I tired funding with Bank of the West, but when I tried to pay for Amazon gift card, it said my bank denied payment. I’m kind of afraid to add another bank since they ask for username, password, security questions, birthdate, address, etc.
