I dont see where you get the coupon code???
I used to work there. Opening the checking account is not a hard pull but opening the membership is a hard pull. Up until the end of the year bankers are allowed to waive the hard pull at their own discretion. They don’t verify student status, so anyone is really eligible. I’d recommend calling into a branch to apply because you will most likely get the bonus at the end of the day — bankers are supposed to manually deposit into the account before they leave. If you open online, the call center will take their sweet time with getting the promo done. And there is no early account closure fee.
Not seeing any way to get a coupon code.
