Due to the 30% transfer bonus to Alaska due to merge, wouldn’t this effectively be 69% bonus transfer from MR->Alaska?

This is for Virgin Atlantic, not Virgin American. Virgin Atlantic typically flies to the UK, but has good options like ANA tickets for a moderate amount of points.

nice! this is some dope freshness. 1:1 with 30% bonus. wish it was 35% but its OK. will def consider unloading MR before RAT locks my account for whatever stupid reason after Nov 1st. cant have MR sitting around. love the MR bonuses.

Keep in mind that you can start and end in different locations within US. I am starting in SFO and ending in NYC. They charge the Western US rate for leg 1, and eastern US rate for leg 2 (though you can’t mix class level, since you would need to pay the higher rate for both legs).
