Update: Seems like it’ll take anywhere from 5-20 minutes maximum.

It doesn’t say how long the phone pitch is, I’m guessing you can use the phone pitch to get a good offer to come and see the properties in person and attend an in person meeting (you can see some previous public offers to get a feel for what a good deal would look like for an in person offer here & here).
