How do you preview the list of titles these amazon channels have before even starting a trial or subscription? The HBO, CInemax, Showtime, etc. that I’ve tried so far on weekly trial barely have anything in there that’s worth the monthly fee, so I always cancel them right away so they end after the free trial, but if I can see a list or preview of the titles, then it’s good so I don’t even bother with them.

If you didn’t like Showtime and HBO then there’s no reason to look at lower tier services at all.

agreed. one tip with amazon, their interface is terrible so it is not easy to find everything in the app. but if you do a search online for top shows on hbo/showtime (rottentomatoes makes nice best of lists plus plenty of clickbait sites), anything you find should be on amazon too, just hidden, but you can find by searching. hbo has tons, showtime (which comes up on these $0.99 promos) less so but a good number of solid shows (homeland, shameless, dexter, billions, yellowjackets, becoming a god in central florida)

I am getting a .99 per month for 12 month offer, and 5.99 after.

There’s also an Amex offer for $5.99 back on $5.99+ in spending on an Epix subscription.

Used that offer before, so no offer for me. Not a great channel anyways.

I used it before as well. Other than The Godfather of Harlem the channel is wack as f*

You’re so wrong. Epix has some fantastic original series. Highly, highly, recommend any of these:

Perpetual Grace is absolutely amazing. One of the best shows ever. Unfortunately not renewed which is heartbreaking. I mean, Sir Ben Kingsley. Need I say more?
So, so good. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TOB-bA7_Frc

Chapelwaite is the best show of its genre which I can’t reveal without spoiling.

Belgravia is a wonderful show if you enjoy (and miss) Downton Abbey.

From shows great potential but seems to be going down the same past as Lost (they won’t be able to wrap it up without some Deus Ex Machina nonsense — hope I’m wrong.)

So many others. Epix is highly, highly, underrated.

I’ve been looking for a way to get epix just for perpetual grace! I discovered it after watching Patriot on Amazon prime, amazing show by the same creator and also insanely under appreciated

It’s such a great show! Can’t believe they didn’t renew it. 😠

Yeah, Chapelwaite kinda grew on me. But still most of their content is not great and limited. Still, it’s only 0.99, worth the try.
