Our Verdict
These offers are found on all personal and business cards, but there isn’t any overlap, so you can’t double dip. The 15% deal is better for larger orders $100+ and the $15 deal is better for orders $50-$100.
1800flowers might be overpriced, but stacking Amex Offers along with portals and other offers can often make for a great deal. (I’m unsure if the ‘corporate’ link requirement on the business offer is actually enforced, doubtful IMO.)

Discover has their e-GCs regularly priced at a 33.3% discount ($20 for $30 & $40 for $60).
Basically waiving their service fee. Skip this – buy local. You’ll get higher quality for the same price.
Agree!!! The service fee makes them so profitable!
