I need a new dog walker….
Not a ton, but you used to be able to buy gc on amazon, which would always work with the 20% with 1 MR/UR point deals. Not sure if Amazon still sells them (as an example, I bought $500 for $400 in 2018).
Additionally, I think grocery stores sell gift cards, so you could buy them at the grocery earn rate, and then they load into the account so risk is minimal.
I’m not aware of any shopping portals or other stacking opps tho.
