Funny, I have all those offers on my cards and a reservation at Hampton next month 🙂

Saw them across various cards, sadly none on a Hilton co-branded one to earn more points. First world problems. At least I can pre-pay an existing cash reservation.

Sadly these offers are only on my platinum and not aspire. The same is true for all members in my household.

Hilton is great. Free breakfast is awesome.

At Hilton in Roslyn, NY now. Without being a gold member breakfast for spouse and I $32+.

We ordered two omlettes and my wife ordered pancakes in addition, all at one time. The waitress has an order slip, I filled out two. Very nice and kind and compassionate female waitress. When the bill comes for breakfast, you put the voucher you got at checkin for complementary breakfast, into the American Express payment folder.

It is calmer here than a Wyndham or IHG or Raddison property.

For those with 3rd party Amex cards, most of these are also showing up on the Amex Connect site if you want to enroll your Pathfinder, WF, NFCU card etc.

Grrr, most are on my amex blue… Fortunately, got Waldorf on Aspire, plus the Hawaii $200 off $1000 and the $250 resort credit makes for good stacking!

hawaii $200 off $1000 + $250 resort credit + Waldorf $100 off 500
these three can stack?

Yes. I did a Hawaii + resort + DoubleTree combo last year.

The 250 resort offer says it excludes waldorf and doubletree. Is it one of those fine prints where even i use it there, I still trigger the offer?

Louis

Resort credit is from the Amex Aspire, not the Amex Offer… Heads up, the advanced purchase rates don’t trigger the Amex Offers though — oops. Still saved $, but not as good a deal as I hoped

These offers are always restricted to US hotels. They would be way more valuable if you could use them abroad.

Yikes. Good catch. … back to drawing board on this one …

It says in offer terms, that offer does not include “advance purchase rates”. Anyone had any success or experience with this. Was hoping to book a stay in July.

Louis

can confirm, $100 off $500 Waldorf offer didn’t work with advanced purchase rate

Got excited at first, but then realized it’s US properties only. Sigh.

I have the following offer:

Get a one-time $100 USD statement credit by using your enrolled Card to spend $500+ USD on room rate and room charges for your stay at Hilton properties in Mexico from 2/1/19 to 5/31/19. Book direct with Hilton. See terms for exclusions.

Why do I have all these offers on all my and spouse’s AmEx cards, EXCEPT for my Hilton Aspire?

Matthew

EXACTLY! Ugh!!

Has anyone tried going to a lobby and buying a GC to see if it triggers the offer?

Good idea.

Alex

Did you try it? Any success?

Kaung
Kaung

Have not tried, I just used it to pre-pay an upcoming stay. That triggered credit.

However, I’ve bought a Marriott GC in a lobby before, and that too triggered the offer.

If nobody’s done this experiment, I might have to. I have a $400 Doubletree stay coming up and I would like to double dip the $45 off $225 offer with a Hilton Garden Inn $30 off $175, for example.

veeRob

Stopped by a Hilton Garden Inn today and the front desk manager said they don’t sell gift cards. She checked with her boss to see if there was a way to, and unfortunately there was not.

Never added the offers to my cards in hopes that they will show up on my aspire card. Today all of them show up!
20% off + 14x points? Hell yes!

Hey Chuck. I sent Will a guest post regarding these offers and how to possibly get them added to particular cards. I also gave some details on some other ways to utilize this method for other offers. If you guys aren’t interested in posting it, no big deal, but thought I’d try to help some readers out.
