Update 2: Looks like this was an isolated incident and transfers are working fine.

Update 10/3/22: According to a statement provided to VFTW transfers will be restored within a week.
Original post: In the last few days Capital One has removed the ability to transfer to travel partners with the website stating it’s down for maintenance. Frontline customer service representatives have been unable to state why these transfers are currently unavailability or when the ‘maintenance’ will be fixed.
