Darn. I waited as long as I could to buy some software but this comes a week late for me. Thanks for the heads up though, I may have a thing or two left to buy with the Amex 20% back.
DP: Hit the limit of ?? after multiple orders of gift cards earlier this year with various Xbox gift cards using them because of the 3-4 AMEX biz plats…. (Dell phone reps don’t know what the limit is or don’t care to look…)
Solution: Use AU card linked to Biz plat you want to use (can be a green card — no fee, credit is applied even when using AU card per T&Cs as long as it doesn’t exceed the bi-annual limits, doesn’t matter if the original or AU card is used), new dell account, and ensure all ordering details match AU account — changed address/phone on primary card via amex login of primary account, and also changed address/phone on secondary AU login via AMEX just in case, AND ordered from an different IP.
Essentially all new information — that bypassed the instant cancellation issue on my usual account and I saw my order as confirmed.

Rakuten not tracking two of my XBox GC purchases. What gives?
TCB has been having issues tracking dell purchases. mine has been “waiting for merchant” to verify for several weeks for a recent purchase.

I bought them before… ended up giving one away lmao. I don’t play xbox… not worth trying to sell it either with all the fees and discount you’d have to list it for to get buyers.

Was able to get some thru this go around, it was on a new card and not one of my existing ones so don’t know if that made a difference. In May-June it took many tries to get some of my orders thru.
Every third order for an Xbox giftcard seems to go through without order getting ‘canceled’…Dell website is shite.
no go here with $100 xbox GC + GAME10 code. just tried 3 orders. all 3 cancelled. i didn’t change a thing.
