Nope, no 1000 points back yet. Clawed back in March. Not yet (if they ever will be) returned. This was nothing but a rip off by AA and the Baby company.
same issue here
I contacted AA about reversing the clawback and they said that they will contact Babylist and investigate for me. Because a 3rd party–Babylist–is now involved, they ask that I wait another 4-8 weeks for resolution, but hope to have it resolved sooner.
Sounds like reversing the 1000 clawback definitely ain’t gonna be automatic, that’s for sure!

I emailed them multiple times and as usual their customer service is awful. They kept insisting I needed to email them receipts even after explaining the offer did not require a purchase. They stopped responding to me. I gave up on it. I just checked and mine has still not been restored either. It shows the 1000 points and then -1000 points
Mine haven’t been credited back either.
I never bothered to email them to follow-up, but maybe it’s worth a shot now?
Got mine back for my account, need to check my wife’s and sons now also. They need to fix also pimsleur
In the contact us section on the AA portal did you choose “Order Inquiry or Missing Miles” or “Report a Problem” or “Other Inquiry” ?
So pissed. They clawed back on my account as well. So annoying since we all followed the terms.
Did anyone successfully fight the clawback and get the 1000k points back on their account?
If you are truly tire of there shit — just boycott them like I do
What else did you expect from un-American Airlines..
As much as American may suck, this was probably done by the retailer. Just like the motley fool offer. Fool forgot they also sent out an Amex offer, so pulled back miles and changed terms.
Definitely will stay away from al AA Cashback after this.
Mine posted Jan 19, and there is a note below it showing “ESHOPPING MILES REVERSAL” with the same date, but that wasn’t there a couple days ago.
