Navy Federal has added the ability to automatically product change between credit cards online when using the web browser (doesn’t work on app currently). To see this feature follow this workflow:
- Log in → Accounts → Select your credit card → Manage Cards/Card Management → Card Benefits → Credit Card Product Change
You were already able to product change a card by calling in, but it’s nice to be able to do online without having to speak to anybody. It looks like most people are being given the option to product change to these three products:
- More Rewards American Express
- Go Rewards
- Cash Rewards
If your card is less than one year old you won’t see any options.
