Deal History
- Update 11/20/23: Topcashback has $75 now. Some have 5,500 with the Chase Ultimate Rewards portal. (ht Pratham)
- Update 4/30/23: Deal is back again at $80.
- Update 4/16/23: Deal now $80.
- Update 9/19/22: Back to $65 on Ibotta. Looks like you can also get a $100 giftcard. Hat tip to thedailychurn
- Update 9/5/22: Back at $70 now on Swagbucks and 12,000 on MyPoints and $65 on Ibotta; with Ibotta you just need to keep it for one delivery whereas with SB/MP you need to keep it for two. (There’s no SimplyMiles offer now and I don’t think there’s any Amex Offer. Not sure about Citi.)
- Update 8/14/22: Back at $60 on Rakuten, Swagbucks/MyPoints. Simply Miles 1,200 too. Not sure if Amex/Citi have their $25 offer now. (ht Kyle)
- Update 5/29/22: It’s $75 on Swagbucks, 14,000 on MyPoints (around $90), and 6,000/$60 on Rakuten. Stack with $25 off $50 with the Citi Offer or the Amex Offer. Also 1,200 AA miles when linking with the SimplyMiles program. Note: The Rakuten offer seems to require just one delivery whereas the Swagbucks/MP offers require two.
- Update 3/25/22: now $90 on swagbucks.
- Update 3/5/22: Amex offer is back and it’s $65 on Swagbucks as well.
- Update 12/1/31: I’m still seeing this at $65 on Swagbucks and similar on MyPoints; just today there’s a newly released Amex Offer for $25 off $50, valid through 1/31/22, which should stack well.
- Update 10/10/21: Back again at $65. Should stack with Citi Merchant Offer of $25 back on a purchase of $50 or more & 1200 AA miles on a purchase of $50 or more on SimplyMiles
- Update 9/17/20: Deal is back at $65 this time. Hat tip to reader Kyle (similar deal on myPoints for 10,000 points which is worth around $65)
- Update 2/26/20: Deal is back at $75. Stack with Amex Offer for potential additional $20 off.
- Update 10/19/19: Deal is back. Hat tip to reader Jay
- Update 9/14/19: Bonus has been increased to $70/$75. Definitely worth doing now.
Our Verdict
Cheapest plan is 2 recipes per week for $27.95 after discount (plus shipping) or you can do three recipes per week for $39.94 with free shipping. American Express is offering 10% back on meal delivery kits as well. You need to keep your subscription for 30 days, but you can pause orders to make this a money maker – although I’m not 100% sure if paused orders will still trigger the Swagbucks. It might make more sense to wait for the Ibotta deal to return instead.
If you’re new to Swagbucks then please read our review. You can also get a bonus of up to $13 by using a referral link.
Blue Apron purchase from Jan 01 just updated to “confirmed.” Looks like another 7 weeks before payable. So possibly May. 😒
After 30 days my cashback amount updated to $50, instead of expected $80. Any idea why?
My cashback showed up today and I also got only $50 instead of $80. Did you ever get it resolved?
I have the same problem as well. I submitted a ticket and they said they needed to dispute with Blue Apron for the difference…
Would be nice to see if #1741431 has any thoughts on this.
Same. Saved the screenshot to prove it was $80 but it posted as $50 now.
Mine updated to $80
Been 30 days and TCB has still not updated from $0 to $80 like Dominique said it would. Do we need to start messaging TCB?
Be patient. Mine updated from $0 to $80 pending around day 31. It’s still not payable but that shows an estimated 5 weeks from sign up date.
Thanks, was 1 day early, now it is correct.
I’m re-thinking payout. Looks like it might be 5 weeks from when it goes pending.
mine Nov20 order is still not payable.Wait for eternity.
TCB is extremely slow.
looks like it takes eternity for TCB to change from confirmed to payable.
SB is much better. They pay out in 30 days or so.
This is a response i got from TCB support when I inquired why my cashback is showing as 0. in my ticket i mentioned no coupon was used, etc. However, this response is not inline with what is mentioned here, and what Dominique stated as well.
i see a cancellation in my future. TCB is such a pain!
Dominique , can you pls opine? TIA
Hey there,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
It does appear that the retailer’s network has decided to decline your purchase for cashback. We are not usually told of the reason why a retailer might decline a transaction at this stage but some of the most common reason is that you haven’t met some parts of the retailer’s terms on our site. For example, using a coupon code not approved by Topcashback or returning, exchanging or cancelling part of an order.
I would advise you to check out the retailer terms to ensure you met these. However, if you believe you did meet the terms, please go ahead and lodge a declined claim.
Best wishes,
Timi
Have some patience. As you are required to remain as an active Blue Apron subscriber for at least 30 days, they would only update the cashback amount after you have satisfied this condition.

ShawntheShawn is correct. Please be patient. If it still doesn’t appear after the allotted time, you can feel free to reach out to me directly to [email protected].
Best,
Dominique
thank you Dominique. i would have been patient, if it were not for that response i quoted explicitly saying it was declined. Maybe agents need to be made aware. Thanks again
Hey Dominique, any thoughts on it tracking to $50 instead of $80 after the 30 days? Submitted a ticket but wanted to see if you had any additional info.
Those who did it – how long did it take to reflect in TCB? did it last night, still nothing…TIA
I signed up in the evening and it was pending by the following morning, but as others mention it seems to initially pend as $0.
This is a great deal for masochists!
Still don’t understand why TCB doesn’t just front the cost and allow their members to cash out after 30-60 days like every other cashback site does. That’s enough time to know if someone has returned an item, canceled a membership/subscription, or is scamming/frauding.
*me sitting here waiting to be paid on a confirmed purchase from August*
“yeah, that’d be nice…”
Each purchase will have a different “Estimated Payable Speed” that is dependent upon the merchant.
If you want, I can take a look into your account to make sure everything is still on track.
You can send me an email to [email protected].
Best Wishes,
Dominique
Hi Joseph,
Since we are the only cashback site that doesn’t keep a portion of cashback, we will always have to wait for the retailers to release the cashback to us first, and then we pass 100% of it back to our members.
Best Wishes,
Dominique
Could stack with Chase for 10% cashback.
