I got the offer when I called Amex. I got it on my gold personal card. The guy told me the offer is good on up-to 35k dollars Since it’s a charge card and I don’t have a limit. He told me there is a limit on the offer and 35k is pretty good they must want me get into some trouble. I have no use for it but added it anyway.

Just got a 10k CLI on X-mas for my Delta Gold. Would have been nice to let things ride for free for a few months.
The Amex plan-it offer is even better…0% APR and 0 fee for 24 months on any $100+ purchases and the offer is available until sometime in mid-Jan and likely available to all (not targeted)
Where do you find this offer?
In your Amex online account you can see next to each $100+ charge posted a “Plan-It” button if it is eligible. If you click on it it should show up the 0 fee for all plans created until 1/24/2020 offer (max 10 plans per account). You can also see other places in your account that has the Plan-It links. I thought this was generic as there was no mention of targeted language in the offer that I see and it appears on all 100+ charges of both P1 and P2’s Amex accounts. However based on Steve’s comment below it may as well be targetted of specific to certain Amex cards.
The 0 fee Plan It offers are targeted, as far as I know. On one of my cards I had the offer for plans created until 9/30/2019. That card doesn’t have an offer now, but another one of my cards has the offer until 1/24/2020.
