U.S. Bank have provided the following statement:
To ensure our credit card portfolio remains focused, innovative, and aligned with customer needs, we periodically retire products that are no longer a strategic fit, while investing in new solutions that deliver the greatest value and are responsive to changing customer needs. As part of this process, as of June 22, 2026 the U.S. Bank Shopper Cash Rewards Card is no longer available for new applications. Existing cardholders can continue to use their cards and continue to enjoy all associated benefits and rewards.
The U.S. Bank Shopper Cash card is no longer accepting new applications and the landing page for the card now redirects to the general U.S. Bank credit card. I assume the card has been discontinued and have reached out to U.S. Bank but am awaiting a response.
The Shopper Cash card was launched on 10/24/22 and offered the following:
- $95 annual fee waived first year
- $250-$300 sign up bonus
- 6% cash back on combined eligible purchases each quarter with two retailers you choose ($1,500 limit)

- 3% cash back on eligible purchases each quarter in your choice of one everyday category, like wholesale clubs, gas and EV charging stations, or bills and home utilities ($1,500 limit)
- 1.5% cash back on all purchases
