Our Verdict

They offered the same thing in 2016, 2017 and 2018. You should earn about 4,000 miles. Your address used to register needs to match your address on file with Skymiles, so keep that in mind. Still an easy win for WA residents.

In years past I recall people having success in using a random dorm address at UW.

You can merge Skymile duplicate accounts, So say your a dual state resident or have friend relatives in both Wa/HI.

So one could Churn P1/P2 accounts if you have a residential address and then merge the duplicate SM account down the road.

Also a work around – setup another SM account to be used with Delta Reserve card
This is also good if you have Family in HI do an address change before the 2nd year so you can use CP outside of the CONUS -if you visit Hawaii 2X a year 12 month period – in tandem with the AS CP or SW CP (just book RT’s for both CP card 3-11 months apart depending on when you plan to Fly – basically you would be Flying to HI on AS/SW then flying to mainland on DL — then for your Return trip you fly back on DL then back on the RT part of the SW/AS ticket.

2. Redeem skypesos on magsformiles for something fun or 6 months of print access to the WSJ
3. Set the print WSJ to be on vacation for months and months
4. Continue to enjoy online access to the WSJ in vacation mode
5. Your subscription is metered based on the remaining print copies, so your 6 month subscription will get you online access for decades
6. If you forget to set your account into vacation mode, issues at your door will be an easy reminder
