The Offer
- Kroger is offering some customers a coupon to get $4 off a Visa or Mastercard purchase.
The Fine Print
- Not valid on $25 Visa or Mastercard
- Expires January 8, 2021
- Limit 1 coupon per household
Our Verdict
I don’t see it at the regular coupons link, could be it’s only showing in the app or only in select areas (added a direct link now, above). Sounds like the coupon should work on variable-load Visa/MC gift cards as well. Remember to use a credit card that earns a bonus at the grocery.
Hat tip to @telewatcr
This offer is back. Just used it this morning on $500 VGC.
This coupon worked for me for a variable at King Soopers. Oddly though, at self checkout, it required the attendant to enter my DL #. Is anyone else getting this request? First time that has happened to me at KS.
This coupon meaning the Baker’s coupon linked above worked at KS? Or KS listed the coupon on their site/app?
Chuck said: “Sounds like the coupon should work on variable-load Visa/MC gift cards as well.” But the app shows only the $50 and $100 fixed cards as “qualifying products.” Does anyone have data point that confirms availability for $500 variable cards? Thanks.
Yes, I was able to put $500 on a variable-load Visa.
Folks need to keep in mind that this is a “Just for You,” which is targeted based upon your purchase history and whatever other criteria they may have — not your particular Kroger brand
I love that you created a profile just to make this comment!!
My affiliate is Pick n Save and they have $7.50 off of 2 Happy Cards but no Visa/MC deals.
There’s a 50% off MO fee one as well. I received both. I buy all my VGC from bakers and always use my bakers card when checking out with them. I usually get these every month.
The digital offer Doc reports is listed under GIFTCARDS. The digital coupons you report is under GENERAL . ALL of the items need to be activated by digital clipping. in the Kroger
I got both the coupons and also the 50% off bill pay as well.
