The Offer

- Receive a recurring electronic deposit
- These accounts also come with bonus interest rates, here are the requirements for receiving those rates:
- Extraordinary checking (1.75% on up to $25,000):

- 15 or more debit card transactions
- One or more direct deposits
- At least one third party bill payment
- MyRewards Checking (1.35% on balances up to $25,000):

The Fine Print
- Members with an existing account do not qualify
- Limit of one redemption per person
- All bank account bonuses are treated as income/interest and as such you have to pay taxes on them
Avoiding Fees
Both accounts are fee free, if you’re account is inactive for 90 days and your balance is under $100 then you’ll be charged a $5 fee. If your account is inactive for 36 months you’ll also per charged a $5 fee per month. There is no early account termination fee according to the fee schedule.
Our Verdict
Unfortunately it’s a hard pull and no credit card funding, so not really worth considering if you ask me. Better off to go with a credit card with earns a higher cash bonus.  If anybody has any experience with this bank, please share your datapoints in comments below.
