Our Verdict

Not a huge bonus, but the requirements are exceptionally easy to meet. Worth doing if you live in the area and you’ve already done the bigger & better bonuses available. The small amount of credit card funding is nice as well. As always share your experiences in the comments below.

Thanks – Just opened and funded with a citibank credit card. $500 max.

Did they pull your credit?

Guess you can confirm not cash advance and don’t think you lowered your limit? Might give this a whirl!

Did they ask for a promotion code? When I click on apply, it asks for a promotion code but I don’t see one.

I funded with my Citi DoubleCash. The transaction appeared as pending for a while at Citi, then disappeared altogether. Not sure if I should call Arundel Federal and try to arrange alternative funding or just set up paycheck DD for 2 days from now.

I guess I will eevntually hear something from Citi or Arundel about the failure of the CC charge…

I asked by email if they did a hard/soft pull and they didn’t answer my question directly. Instead, this is what they said “We do use an extensive suite of Account Fraud Prevention software such as Efunds; IDV; OFAC etc… in the account opening process.”

Asked for clarification, this is their reply: “Efunds/Qualifile is neither a hard or soft pull on your credit report—-the service provides information about the customers usage of deposit accounts by consumers; not their credit history.”

Signed up, soft pull, funded with Discover-coded as purchase.

Tried to fund $500 with Citi ThankYou card, but payment was rejected, called Citi, learned it had triggered a fraud alert, and by the time they cleared it (10 minutes?), the credit card payment method had timed out and I was forced to fund with a bank account. Darn.

Amex funding?

Soft pull, funded with CSP, $500 coded as purchase.

Opened on 7/23 and funded with $500 with Chase Visa, coded as purchase. The $500 still isn’t listed as available balance, probably because they are still processing the stuff I had to mail in.

Anybody get their bonus yet?

Which Chase Visa?

I tried to open this and I got a security message during the identity verification process and that they couldn’t proceed with the account opening. There was a phone number and email address provided, so I emailed them to see what they’d say.

I never got an email response but tried again a couple of days later and it worked fine. Now they’re saying I need to send them a copy of my driver’s license because of the online formatting being messed up.

Opened online, used Chase SP for 500 funding.
Since I am not citizen, they would need scanned copied of some additional docs. Thanks for deal!

i was expecting to receive the bonus in a few days to some weeks after meeting the requirements. I called and they said must have the account for at least 3 months unfortunately

$500 on Chase Ink Business Unlimited posted as purchase

Offer link is no longer working – is there a promotional code for the application page?

I received the $100 bonus as promised – 3 months and 2 days after opening the account (and making the 3 required deposits).

I also received the $100, 91 days after account opening.

-8/6 opened
-9/13, 9/14, 9/15 – $10 deposits each day from Ally
-11/7 $100 bonus received
