Opened online, funded with ACH pull. Next day they send email that acoount can’t be opened.
On second day they called and tell me that ACH is already made, and to reverse it I have to call my bank.
They will not help me to reverse ACH to supposedly unopened acoount.
I get the impression that all they want is to lure me into the branch, because sentence
“come to the branch” was repeated dozen times during conversation.

Got denied online app d/t not being able to verify my identity (i may have messed something up idk) so went in branch and opened, during the process the person noticed I had a handful of recent bank openings, and i could see it on his computer. He just said yeah don’t open too many and then we moved on with the process. So maybe chex sensitive isnt accurate but I think they notice.
