Would it be possible to have P1 (who doesn’t have an account) refer P2 (who will open the account and complete the requirements) so that each P1 and P2 get $100 bonuses and THEN reverse the process (i.e. P2 refers P1) and again make $100 each? That would clear $400 in P1+P2 mode.

Doesn’t look like you need an actual account to refer people. I registered and was able to just send a referral to P2. Not sure if I can share the referral here. Happy to provide one for anyone else in Ohio.
