Warning: I bought two, Paypal only sent me one (can confirm, because I re-opened the original email, and saw it said the value was $100). My transaction archive indisputably says I paid $170.
Opened a dispute for the missing $85; got the answer (I kid you not):
“We have reviewed this transaction(s) and are denying your case(s).
The decision was made because the purchase is ineligible for PayPal Purchase Protection according to our User Agreement.”
AVOID AVOID AVOID. If you get one; be glad they let you check out with one. Going for two only brings trouble.
Did you use a CC? File a dispute with your bank.

Does Paypal Gifts just refuse to let anyone else use a credit/debit card? I keep adding one and it does not show up in the payment options. None of my saved credit cards show up either. It wants me to use Paypal’s “Pay in 4” feature or an ACH transfer from a bank account.
I’m experiencing this issue as well. Did you ever find a solution?

I was having 100$ on 100+$ purchase in Cash app after 300DD, Bought two gift cards for 170$, and was able to trigger this offer. Sweetest deal this month after double dipping.
I don’t understand why, but every time I try this one I get an error message:
We aren’t able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please go back to merchant and try using a different payment method.
Is anyone else having similar issues? I really like this deal
