There was not a breach of the Pizza Hut systems, app or website. However, through our systemic monitoring we identified that external third parties were using data acquired from other external third party sources (most likely, prior data breaches of a third-party website) to attempt to access Hut Rewards accounts. Pizza Hut does not retain full credit card information or other sensitive personal information in your account, so no such data is at risk. However, the unauthorized person may have obtained access to your name, email, and address by logging in to your account.
As a precaution, we have reset the password to your Hut Rewards account. In order to establish a new password for your Hut Rewards account and gain access to your Hut Rewards account, please go to PizzaHut.com and click on “Sign In” and then on “Forgot Password?”. You will next receive an email from Pizza Hut Online with a link to login and reset your password. We recommend using a completely new password for your Hut Rewards account instead of reusing an old password. We also highly encourage you to you change your password on other websites that might share credentials.

Aww did I take your pizza kiddo? See what you don’t realize is, I got more accounts that weren’t caught, which is why I know they are targeting multiple accounts. Those accounts have different names, while the ones that did get caught have the same name, so I was able to come to that conclusion. Anyways, the caught accounts are already used and I can just change the password to get in again. Nothing Lost. Everything gained.

I redeemed my free pizza today. It showed up in my rewards account when I logged in a few days ago. Thank you for sharing this.
I also ordered a $7.99 3-topping medium pizza in addition to the free pizza; I had to order the two pizzas separately on the PizzaHut.com website because the website was charging me $3.50 for the free pizza. Both pizzas were ready when I arrived to pick them up. The cashier was kind and didn’t give me a hard time about the free pizza.
Please confirm my suspicion, does “OOS” mean “out of stock”?

Had no problem redeeming my locked in offer today. I intentionally waited for all the mayhem to settle and I was the only person to pick up at Pizza Hut around 3 pm. There wasn’t even any other orders that I could see in the “ready warm fridge”.
