Swagbucks/MyPoints: Dinnerly Meal Delivery Subscription, Get $23/$27

The Offer

Revenue Universe Swagbucks | Revenue Universe MyPoints

  • Revenue Universe on MyPoints is offering 4,230 points (worth around $27) for a Dinnerly meal delivery subscription.
  • Similar deal on Swagbucks Revenue Universe for 2,376 SB (worth $23.76).

Our Verdict

The lowest subscription options costs $44.33. Reader Davis reports having success using a promo code H57MAD20XO to bring the cost down to around $25 which makes it about break-even with some free food, and he got the SB/MP credit within a few minutes.

Nice opportunity to try out the service. Be sure to cancel before the second delivery if you don’t want to keep it.

This is my first food delivery offer. Signing up was easy: Upon clicking the offer link and arriving at the Dinnerly webpage, a popup showed “You are receiving 53% of your first order” or something similar. I added my food preferences and accepted the recommended first delivery date (6 days from now on 4/4). The H57MAD20XO promo code mentioned by Davis/in the DoC writeup was automatically applied; it appears this is the “53% off your first order” mentioned above. This brought my total to around $25, which will be more or less covered by the 2376 SB that posted instantly to my account.

But, if you aren’t planning to stay with Dinnerly long-term and need to cancel, things get a bit tricky. If you go to Settings / Pause or Stop Subscription., you will see the following statement: “You can pause or stop your subscription at any time. We need six days notice before your next scheduled delivery to process changes to your subscription status. We cannot cancel an order that is already in progress.”

My next (2nd) scheduled delivery is 4/11. This means that I need so pause/stop my subscription by 4/5. Maybe 4/4 to be safe. If you were reading closely above, you’ll note that my first delivery date is 4/4. Because the SB terms are that “Cancellations or refunds BEFORE RECEIVING YOUR FIRST SHIPMENT will result in the removal of your SB…”, I am planning to pause/stop my subscription immediately upon receiving my first box on 4/4. I think/hope this satisfies all requirements of both SB and Dinnerly.

There is no mention of skipping future orders.

True, although the SB requirement stated “Delayed delivery dates will delay crediting.” I wasn’t totally sure how to interpret that, so I didn’t attempt any “skipped weeks” or “pausing” of subscription.

Instantly tracked on SB. Tried MP first but apparently had done the offer in the past and gave me an error every time I clicked the offer.
