DP: I changed my plan online today from a monthly subscription ($9.99/month) to the annual plan ($99/year). I expected to just get one $10 credit, but they just emailed me “Great news! You just used your Amex Offer for $30.00 cash back at Adobe Websales”

I’m on an annual plan and it’s paid through 12/31/19. Not seeing a way to add 3 months individually on top of that, or even subscribe for another year and get the $30 off (maybe, per Reddit link here). Would love to hear if anyone’s figured out a way to do that!

I can’t see any way to pre-pay for Adobe Cloud subscription online. Was planning to call in, since I’m billed top of every month and would only be able to use this once.

yeah us too. I subscribe to the full suite by month but my wife’s card was targeted (Amex blue cash everyday). had no idea that the Amex Offer was there until a couple days ago when we were confirming the terms of a Turbotax offer.

I called in, took 15 minutes to reach a live person.
Tried to explain I’d like to pre-pay my monthly bill… could tell from her voice getting this done would be an uphill climb.
I decided it wasn’t worth the hassle.

My May 2019 $29.99 payment gave me $20 back from Amex offer.

My June 2019 $29.99 payment gave me the final $10 of the Amex offer. The payment processed on 06/01 and the offer was supposed to end 5/31.

I’ll take it.

Any pre-pay or split payment abilities on Adobe.com? I want to use this but you can’t even use it all three times before 5/31……
