Our Verdict
This deal is outside the regular Best Buy schedule when they release Amex Offers (one in like June time and one in like November time), and appears to be highly targeted. Some SDers are seeing this on various cards, especially Blue, but also Everyday, Platinum, Delta, etc.
Check out this comprehensive post Everything you ever wanted to know about Buying Gift Cards at Best Buy to learn more about which gift cards to buy at Best Buy in-store or online. Options might include $200 Visa gift cards for $205.95, eBay gift cards, gas gift cards, restaurant gift cards, and more. The options are slimmer online, but they do now have eBay and dining gift cards (Starbucks, etc.) online. You can even stack with separate gift card deals, like this one, which Best Buy offers from time to time.
Buying physical Best Buy gift cards or any other gift card which is processed directly on Bestbuy.com should work to trigger the offer credit. Buying an e-gift card which is processed through Cashstar probably won’t trigger the credit (as per the terms).

Do they still sell visa gift card?
I haven’t seen Visa gc for years. My closest store carries Amazon gc though.
Use Top Cash Back for 25 back on 25 to stack with this.

It would nice to note this is only for NEW TCB customers.
Offer on BCP.
Planning on attempting a stack with this BB offer: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/offer/374052/pcmcat1579727941198.c?id=pcmcat1579727941198
Free $5 Best Buy Gift Card with $50 or more in qualifying gift cards. That would be $10 in BB GCs + $10 AMEX offer on a total $100 purchase.
EDIT: Only 1 free BB GC per purchase. So may need to do two separate purchases.
Got it on my Green, no luck on my BBP
All my AMEX credit cards are sock drawer
I have this but of course just like the Staples offer I don’t have Bestbuy in my area as well. 🙁
Only got it on account that didn’t redeem the 30 CB off 300 offer during the past holiday season.
I got the 30 for 300 and the 10 off 100 on the Blue Cash Preferred. But not on Serves.
Got it on my Gold AU, No on BBP, Amex Amzn, Gold, delta blue.
Had the $10 version on my Gold, Aspire and Delta Blue, not on my Platinum, and no points offer. Working on a retention offer on my Gold so that works.
I manage my parents accounts and they had it on 1/5 cards (Delta Platinum).
