Typo and also not updated? It has been that way since Aug 30 according to the Internet Archive: “Available for regular and fresh start checking accounts opened before 10/31/2023” Instead of “Update 9/2/23: Deal is back and valid until 9/30/23” Also the debts are now $10+ each and DD is $250+ recurring.  William Charles

Asked a rep online and they confirmed a hard pull to apply.

Let’s see how the DoC effect will play out on this CU… Michigan Schools… and Teachers FCU…

I never received the bonus for the debit card transactions, I made 11 transactions slightly above $5.
The post above says $5 minimum, but the chat rep told me it’s always been $10. When I click the direct link above it says $10 now.
Is the Doctor of Credit article incorrect? Or is the rep lying to me? Does anyone have proof that it was $5 minimum they can share?

I went to the branch to close my account today. I asked if both in-branch and online new account applications require a hard pull. They said both methods of application would need hard pull. Just a DP

I applied for this account and was able to fund $2,600 on credit card. It took a couple of days to open the account, and they had to email me docusigns, but it wasn’t that big of a hassle. No hard pulls to my credit either. A call center rep said something about needing to go into a branch to get a sign something, but hopefully that won’t be necessary as I live 2 hours away.

They let me open one last year, so can’t be too Chex sensitive. I open 15-20 accounts a year.

FYI. I needed up getting my savings Acc approved last year. Then they refused to opening the checking account.

I ended up closing the account last month. Made them mail me a savings account statement for an entire year. Lol and I got lazy.
