Our Verdict
These are cheap wines which could be worth having around. Hopefully someone can chime in with how to get the cheapest/free wines using these deals or check the comments on the last post for ideas. There are a few other wine deals in AmEx Offers on wines, but these are the best ones there.

Wine Insiders tracked right away from Amex. I got (3) $6.99 wines and $14.95 shipping for $35.92 total. Did not go through any portals.
Did a second order and got tracking for that an hour after. Had me nervous

Offer is back for me for Wine Insiders and Macy’s
Appears to stack with promo code get45 ….the Macy’s rep said it wouldn’t but I tried anyway and got the email from Amex. I contacted Macy’s cx because 35% offer was not applying and they gave me code get45 instead. Ordered 7 bottles which triggered free shipping minus the 45% off total came to $35.13 after tax and got the Amex email. Cheers to $0.13 7 bottles
did the same thing as above – used code get45 and bought 6 bottles for free shipping – ended up being around $42 with tax but got the amex email after completed purchase.
Works with Rakuten. It redirects back to the same page. Received only $1.5 cashback(since it was said UP TO $20) spending $47 with shipping. Used SPRINGTIME discount. Received $35 back. Ordered from another card the cheapest red with 35SPRING promo – $39 with taxes and free cork opener.
My Amex credit posted for the Macy’s wine offer ($35 off any $35+ order). I was able to stack with promo code SPRINGTIME. However, I was not able to stack with the Rakuten offer– got 4% back instead of $20 back.
Data point: Macy’s Wine Shop $35 off AmEx Offer stacks with discount code SPRINGTIME for 35% off before taxes. On 5/16 I ordered 3 of the cheapest reds by clicking directly through the AmEx Offer link (did NOT go through a portal due to terms). Shipped cost was $38.68, and did not receive an email from AmEx notifying me that an AmEx Offer was used. Yesterday (5/18) the $35 credit posted on my account. Total net cost: $3.68 for 3 bottles.
Will it trigger if you order a cheap bottle pay the shipping $14.95 get total to $35? Or does shipping not count towards the $35
