Best Posts Last Week: 5k Free Citi TYP, 8% Cash Back On eBay, $25 Free Giftcard & $400 In Nationwide Bank Bonuses

The biggest news this week was that Chase will start enforcing the 5/24 rule on business card applications starting sometime in March, get those applications in for the Chase Ink Cash & Plus now. Citi has also had an error with the Citi Prestige, advertising 3x on gas – I’d recommend giving them a call and you should be able to get 5k points as a courtesy. I really don’t see why the Prestige doesn’t offer this benefit as the Premier does. We also did a lot of credit card reviews last week, check out some of them in the links below all this text.

We added a new resource page for bank account bonuses, you can now see datapoints for how to close accounts at different banks (make sure you contribute to make this resource page more useful). We also added a bunch of new checking bonuses, Santander has a $150 one available nationwide, Fifth Third has a $200 bonus for those in FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MI, MO, NC, OH, PA, TN, WV and BMO Harris has a $250 bonus available nationwide (although there are all sorts of issues with this bonus).
