The Offer
- BHCU is offering a bonus of up to $300 when you open a new iSave checking account. Bonus is broken down as follows (all must be done within 30 days):
- Match first ACH up to $100 (net pay or payroll allotment)
- Refund payments using bill pay up to $100
- Refund debit card purchases up to $100
The Fine Print
- BHCU will match up to $100 of member’s first ACH (Direct Deposit of Net Pay or a payroll allotment) that posts to the iSAVE Free Checking account within 30 days of opening.
- BHCU will refund up to $100 of member’s first payments using bill pay from the iSAVE Free Checking account within 30 days of opening.
- BHCU will refund up to $100 of all debit card purchases (excludes ATM withdrawals) that post to the iSAVE Free Checking account within 30 days of opening.
- All credits will be posted to the iSAVE Free Checking account within 90 days of account opening.
- This promotion is subject to change or termination without notice.

$50 Referral Bonus
The person referring can earn $50 when the person being referred writes your name at the top of the application under “How did you learn about BHCU?” It doesn’t look like the person being referred receives anything. Feel free to share your referrals in the comments below.
Our Verdict
This is double what the previous bonus offered. Definitely worth doing if we can confirm it’s a soft pull.
