The airlines game the statistics by creating subsidiaries that fly all the shitty routes with delays — everything looks exactly the same to the consumer but officially its Never-Heard-of-Airline on behalf of Brand-Name-Airline that is always late and Brand-Name-Airline flies the no delay routes.

That game offer on SwagBucks sounds pretty terrible. People are spending from 5 hours to 3 days to make $20.

It is definitely not the best way to spend your valuable time, but depending on circumstances it is not worse than spending whole evening laying watching TV or checking your social media feed. You will get some monetary reward in the end in this case.
Also in this case you don’t need to be fully attentive to this thing whole 3 days, i would say it is total 3-5 hours when you now what your are doing, and most of that time will be on day 1. And of course you can do a lot of things in parallel, like watching TV or whatever.

yup. they started promotion in november. and last tracking for me was on Friday (adgate offerwall through SB). so i suspect it is still working.
this game is slightly longer than FFXV to complete but payout is more generous. and they dont promote ffxv a lot anymore. this one probably will decline soon too.

Guide for a game is terrible btw, but I’ve been doing similar promotions for over a year. There are several titles that pay a lot and time investment is not too big. Some of them can be done within of 30 minutes. WWR takes more time unfortunately, but only on day one, and then you just login couple time a day to do some progress when resources are available. It will take more then 3 days using this approach. And there are technics (without paying) how to speed up the process, though it will take more time investment.
Another trick that over time these offers get renewed and you can do them once again, just need new google or apple ID, so if you intend to repeat it – don’t install them using main account.
And one more trick if you like such time spending – these offer walls are connected to different paying sites, not only Swagbucks, so potentially you can do such offers several times in a row for similar payout. There are differences among those sites and swagbucks payout ratio is one of the lowest among them btw (comparing same offers from same offerwalls).

these mobile apps offers (and signup offers too) are provided by offerwall providers. Entries you see on Swagbucks> Discover page are usually just pulled from different providers but you can access each wall using “Swagbucks->Discover->Sponsored offers” in the menu. Other similar websites usually just have Offerwalls page on their site. Offerwalls are not original content promoters and when you click a link you will see that you are redirected multiple times (with each site getting its share from your work in this food chain i suppose) Few notes on content promoters: crunchiemedia: usually tracks well after factory reset and usage of new account (it didn’t track for me sometimes but not frequent and i didn’t get exact pattern) hangmyads: tracks well first time but has some protection against repetitive completion which i didn’t quite figured out. usually offers for same apps are refreshed every week or more frequently but if you do same app using same android device after factory reset and with different account within a day it might not track. or it might not track an offer for different app. i usually try to do just one or two offers from them per week. Quick review of offerwalls that have good mobile install offers Adgate: can be done once per account, but offers remain in a list after they are completed. Usually tracks instantly or within couple minutes after meeting the requirements when you try to access it again – shows page “You have already completed this offer” Works completely separately on different sites, i.e. shows same/similar list of offers and allow you to complete them for each site I had some problems with tracking offers when I completed several offers simultaneously from one site or multiple sites, so my rule of thumb here is to do only one offer from this provider in a time on one device Mobile view: doesn’t show controls to filter and sort offers shows apps only for current platform Desktop view: allows to filter by type and platform and sort by payout value. Allows to send offer to your phone with short link or email Adscend: Usually tracks instantly or within couple minutes after meeting the requirements Completed offers disappear from the list This wall recognizes when it is accessed from different sites (from same ip/device or some other means I guess) and shows you pretty much same list of offers across sites I didn’t notice much problems with tracking several offers simultaneously Mobile view allows to filter by type and platform and sort by payout value. For current platform opens directly on the device, for different platform allow you to generate short link Desktop view allows to filter by type and platform and sort by payout value. Allows to send offer to your phone with short link Offertorro: can be done once per account and offer disappears from list when it is done Usually tracks within couple minutes after meeting the requirements but sometimes may take longer, even several hours (rarely)… Read more »

Repeating offers and other installation tips

Most important tip:
After you installed an application – make sure that you go back browser and make sure that webpage that redirects to Appstore is closed. Otherwise when you open browser hours later – this page will refresh itself and you might have problems with tracking that offer. Prove me wrong, but I guess it caused a lot of my tracking issues, however some of them still tracked.

iOS:
I don’t have too much experience here and with iOS particularly. Any suggestions are welcome
But I didn’t have much troubles with tracking offers on this platform
Usually to repeat offer you need to factory reset the device and create new apple id. After couple registrations on phone itself you will need to register new apple id using website.

Android:
I had various problems tracking such repetitive offers, mostly because protections of offerwalls/content providers, i guess. See notes in other sections. But it still tracks and earns well depending on offerwall/provider IMHO.
Depending on your device/manufacture/firmware there are possible multiuser support, so you don’t need to factory reset your device each time you need to repeat offer.
Stock android (Motorolas, Nokias, Nexus/Pixel) and most tablets (Like Samsung)
– multiuser is enabled by default and easy to use just from the settings drawer you can either create new profile (persistent) or new guest profile (temporary one). Inside new profile you can register new Google user and install new apps into fresh environment.
– After rooting your phone you can potentially enable multiuser on most android phones if it is disabled by default

Samsung phones
– Secure Folder allows you to create only one new fresh environment. Inside it you can register new user and install apps and then wipe it off when you are done. Some other Brands have similar version of multiuser environment, but I don’t have experience with them.

If you try to register too many times within certain timeframe from one device/ip – it will ask your phone number for confirmation. Usually couple times a week doesn’t trigger such check. And don’t link account with phone number too, as it will not allow too many accounts linked to same number.

Notable app offers Final fantasy XV Type: base building game Usual offer requirement: upgrade citadel to level 10 Usual completion time: 2 days+ Usual payout: $6 – $12 Strategy: each citadel level have some other buildings requirements. Fulfill the requirements and upgrade it to next level. Most of the time you wait until you have enough resources to upgrade next building (stones and metal). Build 1 farm, 1 energy collector and all other resources shall be mines and quarries. To speed up resource gathering – attack lvl 1 monsters when hero energy is full and complete quests (which are refreshed every 6 hours). If you get gold drop – buy additional resources using gold. Also you get lot of gold if you register account from settings using any temp email address Additional notes: This offer appears much less frequently now. On Swagbucks there is an offer for 1000SB that requires you to enter an email and click link from it – it works, but takes several weeks to post. Once there was an offer for 100k power, it requires a little different strategy and I think it didn’t track well for me at that time. World War Rising Type: base building game. Same game as FFXV but in different settings (I mean completely identical except visuals) Usual offer requirement: upgrade base to level 11, upgrade base to level 12, reach 50k power Usual completion time: 3 days+ Usual payout: $10 – $20 Strategy: Base upgrades requirements: each base level have some other buildings requirements. Fulfill the requirements and upgrade it to next level. Most of the time you wait until you have enough resources to upgrade next building (stones and metal). Build 1 farm, 1 lumber and all other resources shall be mines and quarries. To speed up resource gathering – attack lvl 1 monsters when hero energy is full and complete quests (which are refreshed every 6 hours). Also events give lot of resources and gold (comparing to FFXV). Buy additional resources using gold. Also you get lot of gold if you register account from settings using any temp email address 50k power requirement: Upgrade base to lvl 11 and library to lvl 11 and research missile strikes tech up to lvl 11. It will require 500k each resource so you will need to build and upgrade more resource buildings to hold that amount of res. New game, they started to promote it very recently with huge payouts Vikings Type: base building game Usual offer requirement: upgrade palace to level 10/upgrade palace to level 12/upgrade palace to level 5 Usual completion time: 3 days+ Usual payout: $3-$6 Strategy: each palace level have some other buildings requirements. Fulfill the requirements and upgrade it to next level. Usually you will have enough resources to build, but after level 6 buildings will take too much time to complete (upgrade building time reduction knowledge and skills from hero). To speedup – join a clan and after a day or 2 you will be… Read more »

(if affilate links are not allowed please remove them from this post)
Brief review and tips on sites that offer offerwalls

Swagbucks (my affiliate link http://www.swagbucks.com/refer/swaguser10901558 )
Credit most of offerwalls rewards immediately (except specifically noted, but these are rare)
– No initial identity verification but after some amount of cashouts will send real mail verification with code
– Payouts are not instant, usually takes up to a week
– Giftcards and paypal
– Has bonus on Amazon GC cashout every month ($25 value for 2200)
– Min Paypal $25 cashout with 0.1c per point
– Min Amazon $3 with 0.1c per point
– Has the worst payout ratio for offers (pay less comparing to others per same offer) (Adgate android FFXV – $6.4)

Grindabuck (my affiliate link http://www.swagbucks.com/refer/swaguser10901558 )
– Identity verification to get any payout
– Offers above certain level are frozen for 14 days. Freeze point depends on VIP status level
– VIP level is based on amount you earned through them, first level has min $10 cashout and offers above 250 will be frozen for 14 days. Second level is after your earn 1000 using this site with min cashout $5 and offers above 500 will be frozen for 14 days.
– Paypal, Amazon GC, Walmart GC, crypto, prepaid visa card
– Allow instant paypal cashouts (within minutes) after couple first cashouts – $25 – is 0.1c per point, min $1 (depends on VIP level) with lower then 0.1c per point redeem value
– Periodically some redeem options get depleted, need to wait until they recharge them (usually within a day)
– Has little lower payout ratio comparing to Instagc (but depend on offerwall) (Adgate android FFXV – $8)

Instagc (my affiliate link http://www.swagbucks.com/refer/swaguser10901558 )
– Offers above 225 are frozen for 2 weeks. In my case they don’t get unfrozen automatically so I have to contact support each time, but probably my account is flagged in some way.
– Has the highest payout ratio (pay most comparing to per same offer, but depend on offerwall)
– No initial identity verification, but during cashout and customer support communication they will ask for identity verification
ACH cashout with $5 minimum and $0.15 fee (waived first time during the month) – takes about a week to arrive to bank
– Paypal (no experience here but claimed to be instant after first manual redemption confirmation, $0.20 fee) and giftcards (takes couple days)

Spirit being good at on time arrivals is great. It should push Frontier and Allegiant to work on their mediocre performance.

I have Chase Offers on my IHG MC but not my Hyatt Visa. Weird that it isn’t on the Hyatt but I haven’t cared enough to reach out as I only use it when they run their CB bonuses like in November and December.

The fear with flying a ULCC like Spirit (for me, at least) isn’t so much that I will be late, it’s that when a thin network like that fails, it fails catastrophically. AA and UA have flights from my airport to their hubs every 45-60m. If one of those planes breaks down, it’s not a big deal. Frontier Airlines (we don’t have spirit at my airport), on the other hand, flies to many destinations just 3 times per week and only has one gate. If a Frontier plane breaks down and the flight gets cancelled, you’re just SOL. If the methodology for calculating on time arrivals is simply (Number of Flights Arrived on Time)/(Total Number of Planned Arrivals) then this kind of catastrophic failure would count the same as landing 45m late. As a passenger, the latter is a minor annoyance and the former is something that could cost you hundreds of dollars per person and wipe out a day from your trip.

And by “catastrophic failure” I thought you were going to talk about the ULCCs safety record.

Good point, except

” AA and UA have flights from my airport to their hubs every 45-60m. If one of those planes breaks down, it’s not a big deal.”

makes me wonder if these stats (the original post) included United’s small-plane flights. There are plenty of non-hub routes only flown 2-4 times a day, and even on the small jets that are a step above prop planes, some have concerning frequencies of delays long enough to ruin connections that sometimes you could be stuck there overnight before you get another chance at that leg of the flight. Almost happened to my family a couple years ago.

Is that poster telling us that Apple buys 50 business class seats on UA to Shanghai every day? If so, mind blown.

Yep. I’m still processing that one. I don’t even understand how/why that would be posted. Just how many business class seats per day to Shanghai are there on UA? Does Apple have a deal that just guarantees them the entire business class section?
