My AGC purchase at BB is not eligible to be paid off with MR points (not that I would with chitty exchange rate). Amex is watching you. 👀

I plan on using this offer when the Apple gc deal goes live but for that I need to make 3 separate transactions of $100 for that deal to work. It does say “spend a minimum of $250+ in one or more transactions” but I’m kind of wary. Also wary of possible clawback from Amex so I’m not sure if I should just do the target deal instead.

Does anyone have experience with Apply Pay or any mobile payment method for that matter with Amex offers? I want to use my own physical card and my P2 card (both have Amex offer activated) via Apply Pay. I am wondering if it will code correctly for P2 with mobile pay?

Wtf is “Apply Pay”? And you have a P2? :O shocker!

Anyway if you read the offer terms, they do seem to exclude electronic wallets/NFC payments but that is the general Amex terms that they use for all the offers so not sure if you wanna go by that. In any case, I’d suggest not using Apple Pay if possible.

I appreciate you going down my entire comment list, giving me the attention I earned and deserve. Technically P2 could be anybody’s card but mine. I have a feeling it will work looking back at some other mobile payment I did, since the underlying merchant and category was passed on.

I had this offer right before I stepped out to the store. I know, coz I verified.
Got a $250 Apple GC & got no emails on the day. Checked my card again and don’t see the BB $25 offer in the added section. Did this happen to anyone?
