- Flights must originate in the U.S., including U.S. territories and purchases must be in U.S. dollars to qualify.
- Offer valid only for purchases where Delta Air Lines is the merchant of record, such as airfare, fare upgrades, seat selection fees, baggage fees, and Sky Club® memberships.
- Purchases such as Delta Shuttle® and Delta Vacation® packages are included if purchased through delta.com.
- Excludes the following: (i) gift cards, (ii) purchases in-person at the airport, lounges, and sales offices, (iii) purchases on-board flights for food, beverage, and WiFi, (iv) stand alone hotel bookings and car rentals through delta.com, (v) purchases through third parties or affiliated agents, and (vi) Delta Cargo, Delta Private Jets® & On Demand Charter services, Delta Flight Museum, SkyMiles® Marketplace purchases, SkyMiles Experiences™, SkyMiles Cruises.

Our Verdict
Despite the fine print stating that gift card purchases won’t work, it has worked for every other previous offer that also excluded gift cards so I think it will be fine. This is a fairly common offer, last time it was offered it was $120 off $600+.

Apparently this offer stacks with the annual flight incidentals credit, for a total $160 off $300 charge on a PRG, $260 off on a Platinum and $310 off $300 on a Hilton Aspire, woop woop woop.

Charge finally posted 7/7 but I did not receive the $60 credit yet. I received the email saying that I used my Amex offer but it still appears under offers and not under savings. Perhaps this doesn’t work on GC after all…

Purchased GC on 7/9, still awaiting the $60 credit. My previous purchase last month worked. I’m going to wait another day or so and then ping them.
Got the credit this morning! BOOM!
I had saved the delta offers and now they disappeared from my saved offers. Tried the old interface and still can’t find them. Did it happen to anyone else?
Hi Mark, this happened to me!! I just bought delta flight tickets, and expected to have this offer. But I didn’t receive any notifications about using this offer. When I check back the amex offer, it disappeared. That’s really werid!

Has anyone had luck pulling this on their Delta Gold Biz card?
Anyone re-sold Delta gift cards before using raise or card cash or soemthing like that? Thinking about dipping my toes into that with this offer but I’ve always been worried I’ll get screwed over by someone who uses it and then claims it was empty?
I was thinking of doing the same but afraid ill get nailed
I thought the gift cards were excluded. Anyways, Delta gift cards appear to have low resale value. I got the offer on my BRP, but I am not sure if I really can use it. Maybe pay for taxes on a reward ticket.

Got it on EveryDay pref (both myself and AU), Blue Cash (boh myself and AU).
But none on Delta, SPG, Hilton or business cards
