[Expired] [Targeted] AmEx Offer: Get 10% Back At U.S. Grocery Stores, Up To $10

Deal has expired, view more grocery store deals by clicking here.

The Offer

No direct link, targeted offer

  • Get 10% back as a statement credit by using your enrolled Card at a U.S. grocery store by 6/18/19. Limit $10 in total statement credits

The Fine Print

  • Valid until 6/18/19

Our Verdict

Similar to the 10% back deals for cable, gas and cell phones, but this time for grocery.  Try to add this to a card that earns at a bonus rate on grocery purchases if possible.

It’s possible a lot of those are AU cards which axp allowed in the past to get multiple axp sync offer credits but the rats have plugged that last year.

What an absurdly low cap for this kind of offer.

Why would Amex give you more than $10 to buy groceries?

1. You are going to buy groceries anyway, and this offer is an incentive to swipe Amex instead of Visa, MC, or a Ben Franklin.

2. There is no specific retailer that will contribute to the offer. Almost all Amex offers are pure marketing. This one is the rare exception.
