Be aware: credit card insurance does not apply to Turo rentals: https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/203990840-Will-the-insurance-or-coverage-I-have-through-my-credit-card-cover-my-Turo-trip-
Turo does offer additional insurance: https://www.autoslash.com/blog-and-tips/posts/turo-car-rental-insurance
Keep that in mind when you’re looking at prices.
Looks like they got rid of the referral program. From their help page:
“Turo doesn’t have referral links that you can share. If you’re happy with Turo, we hope you’ll tell your family and friends, but we don’t have a referral program.”
Thanks, let me remove that
Be aware of this company. Check BBB before you do anything with it. AFAIK, this is not a company to be trusted at all. They will CHARGE you for anything that the car owner claims. And the car owner can claim damage within 24 HOURS after you return. And your credit card insurance does not apply.
Try to stay away…
Referral link ? I am not aware of this.
AFAIK, Turo has no referral links.
